We understand that maintaining properties requires a proactive approach, particularly when dealing with distress to buildings, retaining walls, pools, flatwork and other hardscape elements impacted by soil movement and/or groundwater fluctuations.
Much of this distress can be mitigated by having a knowledgeable geotechnical engineer or geologist walk a site, inspect for potential problems, and provide recommendations for prevention and/or maintenance.
